Where is my order?

The bulk of our items always arrive on time or well before our anticipated delivery times. However sometimes there may be a delay due to some other reason or other. In this instance we suggest that if your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time to contact us via email and we will happily investigate this matter urgently.

How long does it take to ship?

We have warehouses across the world to provide the fastest shipping possible. We aim to ensure the best shopping experience. Shipping times average from 7-14 days to the US. 

What if I don't like the product?

Occasionally we all buy something that we think looks amazing but lose interest in soon after. We assure you that in the unlikely event that you do change your mind, we will refund the full cost of your item upon its return. We operate a full 14 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. 

When will I be refunded?

99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but due to the seasonal period some refunds may take slightly longer to process. The returns department will process all refunds as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.

Why are your prices so low?

We are able to keep our prices low because all of our products and services are available exclusively over the Internet. We give you the same quality products without the hassle of a large price tag.
